Overview

As the leader of a product development team and the team’s point of contact within the wider organization, it is important to understand how to shape and guide your team. You will learn about concepts like: leading by context and not control, influencing without authority, and alignment. During the course, we will explore leadership styles and pillars, such as product vision and mission, setting team topology, roadmaps, OKRs, and continuous evangelism. By the end of the course, you will have a good understanding of the responsibilities of a product leader.
