Overview
One of the many challenges for an entrepreneur is suddenly being a leader of an organisation. This aspect is often ignored, and so, it is no surprise that most entrepreneurs are completely unprepared for the leadership journey they will undertake as part of their entrepreneurial ambitions. Furthermore, leadership is, and has been, undergoing fundamental changes in the last decades. The ‘old style’ of leadership does not work anymore.
Leading in a Mega-VUCA post-COVID world requires different skill sets and a huge challenge for any leader. This module addresses this new leadership paradigm. In this course, students will learn about, and reflect on, the main aspects of leadership. We will discuss the latest research and learnings. The goal is to be as concrete and practical as possible and provide a platform to improve your leadership mindset and skills.

- We will discuss, learn, reflect and practise all elements of leadership! We will be looking at managing an organisation, leading self, team/people management, strategic thinking, change management and innovation. We will look at skills like adaptability, ownership, growth-mindset, emotional intelligence, coaching and resilience. The objective is to be the best possible leader you could be for your current challenges or to prepare you for any leadership role in the future.

Prerequisites
You need an inquisitive and open mind, as well as a willingness to work on yourself. If you are mainly interested in good lectures and predictable tasks, then this module is not for you. Openness to explore and try out, together with a certain degree of vulnerability, is required. Students must be engaged and participate in and outside class. There will be some extra work and reading outside the classroom. Self-organized learning will be required (not a surprise in a module about leadership, isn't it? ).
Methodology
A mixture of reading, classroom discussions, videos, case studies, assignments, role plays, and group work will be applied. We will use some personality tests and assessments to deepen learning and self reflection.
Grading
Hannes S. Chopra is the CEO of RaSa Future Fund, a private equity fund investing into early stage technological start-ups disrupting the financial/insurance world. He is also the CEO of RaSa Consulting UG, a boutique leadership development firm.

Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate signed by the director of the program your course belonged to.
Do I need a visa?
