Andrey Kostyuk is best described as an entrepreneur, investor and mentor because of his background and experience in the business and financial world.

He began his professional journey in 1992 in finance. From 1998 until 2018, he served as Board Member and Chairman of an Advisory Board in several private merchant banks while managing a real estate investment fund since 2007.

Gradually, Andrey's career focus shifted to real estate and venture capital investments. Today, he continues as a founding partner and CEO of Taurus Aurum Group and co-founder of the AAlchemy, an in-depth mentoring and business acceleration program. Supported by Deloitte Cyprus, this program aims at Russian/CIS scaleups whose ambition is to go global and start doing business in the EU.

Additionally, Andrey is the Horizon Europe expert at the Research Executive Agency of the European Commission. He is also a mentor for ESADE BAN and GU's McDonough School of Business Alumni Ambassador. Lastly, Andrey is a member of ESADE BAN, IESE BAN, CYBAN, 4YFN Investor Club, ACA and others.
