Aline J. Badr, PCC, CPCC, is a global executive coach, reputation advisor, speaker, and author of Trusted: How Aligned Leaders Earn Reputations That Last.

Her global perspective is shaped by living in five countries, speaking four languages, and a career built across organisations and environments where she never quite fit in-an experience that led her to think independently, question ingrained beliefs, and define her own path.

It’s this nuanced perspective that grounds the Trusted Reputations Leadership Model, a methodology she founded, in a simple idea: Alignment between who you are, how you lead, and how others experience you earns trusted reputations that last.

With more than twenty-five years at the intersection of brand, reputation, and leadership, she has worked with global organisations and executives across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean, including Deloitte, ING, Tangerine Bank, WSP, Siemens, Novo Nordisk, the Government of Ontario, and TD Bank Group. Today, she partners with C-level and high-potential leaders to turn alignment into trust—and trust into lasting reputation.

Known for her direct and deeply reflective approach, she challenges senior leaders to go beyond strategy and skill into the inner work that drives meaningful, lasting impact.

As a speaker, she translates complex leadership ideas into practical, lived experience, shaped by decades of observing what sets trusted leaders apart: not what they say, but how consistently they embody it.

She teaches her methodology across undergraduate programs internationally and coaches senior leaders, founders, and teams in global executive education programs, including at IESE Business School and Harbour Space University. She also implements her methodology within organizations, embedding it into leadership and HR practices.

Aline is certified by the International Coaching Federation and trained in Co-Active Coaching, Positive Intelligence, and the neuroscience of coaching, and is licensed in Hogan and Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) 360 assessments.

She is currently based in her dream city, Barcelona.
