Methodology

The course will equip participants with the skills they need to put their knowledge into practice. They will learn how to transform innovative ideas into a functioning business model. Furthermore, they will learn how to create a culture of innovation and transformation where all stakeholders are encouraged to participate.

Grading

The final grade will be composed of the following criteria:
50% - General participation
25% - Class reflection on how to convert theory into practice. Apply critical thinking
25% - Group Project Assignment
USUAL SESSION STRUCTURE: 1st hour: Theory + Understanding/Exchange. 2nd hour: Usage of Critical Thinking to Find Answers. 3rd hour: Apply on group assignments.
