Methodology

This course is designed to deliver theoretical knowledge and immediately apply it through written, spoken, and performance-based activities. Students will build their personal communication “toolboxes” and practise using them in every session. All concepts and skills are explored within cultural and global contexts.

The learning format includes both group and individual written and oral exercises, assignments, and presentations. Through a step-by-step journey, students will develop mastery in managing their careers and other aspects of life through effective communication.

Grading

The final grade will be composed of the following criteria:
30% - Homework
40% - Final Project
30% - Participation & engagement

Inga Korchagina is a Marketing Director with 20+ years of experience in Europe and Asia, now leading APAC Marketing & Communications at Roland Berger, a global management consultancy firm. Before that, she was heading Brand & Communications in the region of Eastern Europe (10 countries) at Hilti AG. Her professional portfolio includes brands such as Estee Lauder, Nespresso, Vertu, and others.

In 2006 she received an international MBA from the leading European business school IE and the Imagination at Work Award from General Electric Spain. In 2021 and 2022 she became a member of the Effie Award jury board; in 2023-2024 joined a QS Reimagine Education Awards judging panel.

Yes. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate signed by the director of the program your course belonged to.
