Overview

Working in teams is practically the default mode of collaboration in any kind of organisation. When you join a large institution/company, you work in a team; any start-up grows and teams are built; even as a freelancer or being self-employed you work in temporary teams. The goal is to understand, reflect and get practical insights how to build and sustain a high performing team and how to strive in a team to contribute to its performance. The course is for future entrepreneurs, leaders as well as for future professionals.

Learning highlights

  • We will discuss: What is a team, why do we work in teams, what is behind building high performance teams, how to get the best out of working in a team, what are challenges in teams, how to overcome them, what separates great teams from mediocre ones?
  • We will work in an interactive way.
