Methodology

Students will work in groups to develop start-ups and decide on a product. If the group exists from the previous course, students can choose to work in the same one to continue developing the same business idea.

The two assessments will be focused on creating a GTM strategy plan. The students are expected to incorporate knowledge obtained from each course. In addition, depending on the class structure, guest speakers may be invited to share their experiences of their own GTM strategy.

Grading

The final grade will be composed of the following criteria:
30% - Assessment 1 - Product fit research analysis.
40% - Assessment 2 - GTM strategy plan.
30% - Project evaluation - Peer group plan analysis (localization focused).
Please note that this is merely a demonstration to highlight the format of evaluation, and the percentages and proposals are just examples of how to categorize the evaluation of the students. The actual categories for evaluation are up to you to determine. Please note that no more than four categories are allowed.
