This hands-on bootcamp guides students through the full Lean Startup cycle – from initial idea to validated MVP. Over 15 intensive sessions, students will work in small teams to identify real-world problems, interview potential users, design simple prototypes, and run experiments. The course emphasises rapid iteration, real customer feedback, and high-velocity learning. Final projects will be presented to a panel in a pitch-style format, showcasing product thinking, traction, and proposed next steps. No prior startup experience is required – only curiosity and commitment.

The course follows an intensive, hands-on, learning-by-doing format. Students are grouped into start-up teams and guided through iterative sprints: discovery, validation, prototyping, and pitching. Daily check-ins, live feedback, and peer reviews replace traditional lectures. Emphasis is placed on real-world interactions — students are expected to engage with actual users, gather feedback, and make product decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions. Think of it as a mini start-up accelerator disguised as a course.
