Tristan Post
Faculty Profile
Tristan Post is the Founder of the AI Strategy Institute and a faculty member in Artificial Intelligence at the Boston Consulting Group. He teaches AI strategy and management at several universities, including the Technical University of Munich, and has developed some of the first AI management courses in Europe.
Earlier in his career, he helped build one of Europe’s largest AI start-up incubators. He advises the UNDP on AI adoption in Eastern Europe, serves on the Digital Committee of the IHK Munich and Upper Bavaria, and is the author of AI Native (Hanser Verlag, 2025), a practical management guide to AI-first strategy.
His work focuses on helping organisations adopt AI effectively and responsibly.
