Olga Chupina

What sets Olga apart is her deep belief in the importance of life-long learning and development. From her early days as an interviewer of celebrities at a media group, she eventually transitioned to being a legal counsel for companies in various fields before her passion for personal development and education led her to her current role as a counsellor at Harbour.Space

Apart from counselling, Olga is responsible for legal and HR matters at Harbour.Space's Barcelona campus. She is also a qualified integrative Gestalt therapist and a member of the Spanish Association for Gestalt Therapy (AETG), with expertise in various psychological methods including psychoanalysis, transactional analysis, psychodrama, bioenergetics, systemic family constellations, enneatype psychology, mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques, and Buddhist theory.

Throughout her career, Olga has held various positions in different organisations. She was the Deputy General Director at Mebius Telecom and the Deputy Head of the Sales Department at Industrial Metallurgical Holding. She worked as a legal consultant at D&G Advocates, a Spanish law firm that offers a complete range of legal services to commercial enterprises. At Egon Zehnder International, Olga worked as a legal researcher and participated in personnel evaluation and recruitment training seminars.

Before that, Olga worked as an advertisement sales manager and correspondent at the Moscow News, a daily national political newspaper, where she met and interviewed many famous people. Olga also served as the Vice President and General Secretary of the Russian Skating Union and collaborated with the Russian Ministry of Sports to prepare Russian skaters for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games. She holds degrees in finance and accounting, law, psychology, business leadership, and journalism. Olga received her Master's degree in Law, with her dissertation receiving honours. She also completed Gestalt therapy training at the famous Escola del Taller de Gestalt de Barcelona.
