Kristian Orozco

Kristian is the Founder and Director of Neruj Studio, a systemic inquiry and facilitation practice working with leaders, organisations, and learning environments. His work helps make visible the patterns shaping performance, coordination, learning, and collective action, enabling people to act with greater clarity, responsibility, and coherence in complex environments.

Over the past 20 years, Kristian’s work has evolved from mentoring and coaching into consulting, facilitation, and organisational development. His practice brings together organisational and strategic work with human development, leadership, and psychology.

He developed the Systemic Inquiry Lens (SIL), a framework for examining how meaning, relationships, authority, and coordination interact in practice. This approach informs his work with leadership teams, founders, and learning groups seeking to better understand and shape the systems within which they operate.

Born in Nicaragua, raised in Los Angeles, and professionally shaped in New York, Kristian brings an international and cross-cultural perspective to his teaching and facilitation. He lives in Barcelona with his wife and two sons.
