Ice Age of Tech? Breaking into Tech in AI Era

We are welcoming a group of tech practitioners to our Barcelona campus for an evening on careers in the AI era. The climate in tech has changed, but the main paths have not: joining a corporation, joining a fast-growing startup, or building a business. What is less clear is how each path is shifting, how to get onto it and how to keep growing once there.

The evening skips the big-picture talk about AI and the future of work. It focuses on practical questions: which skills are needed, which can be dropped and how to build them.

The panel brings together practitioners from three different worlds:

• Algonova, an international edtech scale-up active in more than 90 countries, building an adaptive learning platform for schools
• curves, a digital production studio working with startups and tech companies worldwide, including AI-native ones. Its co-founder will take part.
• Nebius, an AI cloud provider
