Speculative Futures Barcelona presents: Fashion Dreaming Lab with Maia Frid
A participatory Futures Thinking workshop led by Maia Frid, exploring how collective imagination can help shape more regenerative futures for fashion.

About the Event
Designing the Future of Regenerative Fashion
A participatory Futures Thinking workshop for fashion enthusiasts, designers and curious minds.
The fashion industry is undergoing profound transformation. New regulations, emerging technologies and shifting cultural values are reshaping how we design, produce and relate to clothing.
Yet the greatest challenge is not only technological or environmental — it is imaginative.
In this interactive workshop, we'll use Futures Thinking to explore real signals of change, imagine alternative futures and reflect on how we can actively shape more regenerative fashion systems.
Rather than predicting the future, we'll expand what we believe is possible.
You'll leave with:
- A practical introduction to Futures Thinking
- New ways to interpret change in the fashion industry
- Collaborative exercises and meaningful conversations
- Fresh perspectives — and concrete questions — to take into your own practice
No previous experience is required. Just curiosity.
Language: English
The facilitation team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
