Skills you’ll learn
Look around. Most pitches and presentations are uninspiring, not because your ideas aren't brilliant but because you fail to communicate them well. But who taught you how to talk about your vision to get seen and heard? Think about all the times you missed an opportunity because you couldn't speak up and clearly articulate who you are and what you're about. People buy from people they like, so the first step to making people buy into your ideas is changing how you talk about yourself. The rest is up to you. In a world with too much noise and fluff, those who master their voice and body language to communicate who they are, their expertise, and their ideas are the ones who win more projects, clients, and investors.

Curiosity, openness, and courage are needed to explore who you are fundamentally and communicate it to the world.
The course will be executed in a workshop style where you learn by doing. In these highly active and dynamic sessions, you will improve your public speaking skills by delivering individual, pair, and group presentations coupled with video creation and reviews to gain awareness of your verbal and nonverbal communication skills. We will also incorporate improv exercises and open mic sessions and compete against each other to change our limiting beliefs about ourselves and pitching.
Most professionals have difficulty speaking publicly about their expertise. Kyoko shows you how to get visible by speaking up online, in person, and on stage so you and your career grow. Born to Japanese parents in New York and living most of her adulthood in Barcelona, she has spent her life deciphering English, Japanese, and Spanish messages to find that communication is more than speaking aloud. Kyoko has a B.A. and M.A. in Communications and works with global companies such as Autodesk, Domestika, and TEDx. When she’s not giving speeches, workshops, and coaching, she runs, paints, and sings. Let’s connect on LinkedIn and talk about you. If you’re great at what you do, the world needs to know about it.
