Stephanie Schwab is the CEO of Crackerjack Marketing, a digital marketing agency specializing in social media, content marketing and influence marketing. In her 15+ years’ experience in ecommerce and digital media, with the last eleven focused in social media, she has worked with well-known brands including Target, Graco Baby, Pernod-Ricard, Citizen Watch, and Abbott. Stephanie’s teams have been honored with social media industry awards including a Ragan PR Daily award, a WOMMIE award, a PRNews Platinum award, and an OMMA award.
Stephanie previously worked for PR and social media agencies Kaplow PR and Converseon. She has also been a management strategy consultant in the retail practices as PricewaterhouseCoopers and at LakeWest Group, a boutique retail consultancy.
Stephanie is also an adjunct faculty member at Loyola University’s Quinlan School of Business, where she is the Academic Director of the Digital Marketing Strategy certificate program, and an adjunct faculty member at The New School/Parsons School.
Stephanie holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Planning from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She blogs about social media on the Crackerjack Marketing blog and is a prolific Twitter user; follow her @stephanies . Stephanie resides in Chicago with her husband and son.
